We want you to be happy, so if you just don't like something you may return it within 30 days for refund of the original purchase price less shipping. You must pay return shipping and the item must be in original condition when received by us. This means all packaging and tags must be intact.
We do a quality check on each item before shipping. But if, for some reason, you receive a defective item send us a photo of the defect within 10 days of arrival. We will make arrangements to have the item returned at our cost for a full refund including the original shipping cost.
We only accept Paypal, which honors all major credit and debit cards. These payments will clear immediately. If paying via e-Check on PayPal(payment that you make directly from your bank account) clearance can take 3-7 business days to post.
If your payment is not received within 72 hours after an invoice was sent, your order will be cancelled. We will attempt to contact you to see if there was a problem and you wish to re-order.
Shipping is flat rate: the same price no matter how much you order.
Your order will ship via USPS within 3 days after your payment has cleared. You will receive a notice of shipment and a tracking number whenever available.
Local pickup can be arranged in the Las Vegas and Mesquite areas.
