Dandelions is a  stencil intended for use on multiple types of surfaces. Specifically designed for use with a specialty paste to create a dimensional effect which can be painted the same color as the background for a muted effect or highlighted with color to stand out.    These stencils are thicker than normal stencils to accent the effect.  They can, however, be used with paints for a normal stencil effect.
